Horse steak with pepper sauce Recipe

For those who like to try something new, I offer a recipe for making horsemeat steak with pepper sauce. Very tender meat with a minimum of spices and a maximum of natural taste.

Horse steak with pepper sauce

Ingredients for portions

  • 4 Steak (s) from horse, 1.5-cm-thick
  • 2 tablespoons pepper, green or red, pickled
  • 150 ml cream
  • 50 ml broth
  • Fat


Horse Steak fry in a little grease on both sides

  • Blue: 1 min each side
  • Rare: 1.5 mins per side
  • Medium rare: 2 mins per side
  • Medium: About 2.5 mins per side
  • Well-done steak: Cook for about 4-5 mins each side, depending on thickness.

Season with salt and pepper. Wrap in foil, pour the cooking oil with broth, stir in pepper and cream. Cook well, so that a bound sauce. Possibility of more spices. Serve with the steaks.
